University Recreation Family Fun
The Student Recreation Center has designated family hours during the week, at which times those under the age of 18 may enter the facility when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Summer Family Hours (Starting May 3rd)
- Monday-Friday: 1:30pm-9:00pm (NEW!)
- Saturdays: 11:00am-7:00pm
- Sundays: 11:00am-7:00pm
Fall Family Hours (Starting August 20th)
Monday-Friday: 11:00am-2:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-11:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am-5:00pm
Rules and Policies
- A dependant pass is a $1.00 per day
- A waiver must be signed by the parent/legal guardian. The waiver is valid for one year and will be kept on file at the front access desk. The waiver must be accessed for reference each visit before entering the facility.
- The parent/legal guardian must be in the same activity area as the dependant (the same basketball court, racquetball court, etc.
- The parent/legal guardian is responsible for the supervision of their dependants. Failure to follow SRC rules/policies may result in the suspension of the SRC privileges.
- Those under the age of 14 are not allowed in the weight room or cardio areas.
- Those 14 and over may go through a weight room orientation (see a weight room attendant for details) and then they may utilize the weight and cardio areas with the parent or guardian.
- The parent/legal guardian must accompany all children 14 years or younger when in the pool.
- No one 6 years or younger may use the spa.
- Those 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult while in the spa.
