Yes, as a current WSU student, you may charge you massage to your student account.

It is up to your insurance provider. You will need to pay for the massage at the time you make your appointment. After your session, you can ask your massage practitioner for insurance forms which they partially fill out. You will fill out the rest and send it to your insurance company. Reimbursement will depend upon what your insurance company covers.

Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance of when you would like to schedule your appointment. The providers are called the night before to let them know what appoints they are scheduled for the next day.

UREC massage practitioners offer the following types of massage:

• Swedish: a classic relaxation massage, characterized by long, soothing strokes of firm pressure. Enhances circulation, reduces stress, fatigue, and stiffness.
• Therapeutic/Treatment: manipulates soft tissue to reduce inflammation, release muscle spasms, promote the healing of injuries, and other special areas of concern.
• Pregnancy: A gentle nurturing treatment to relieve discomfort and promote relaxation and sense of well-being.

First time massage clients will need to fill out a health history/liability release form prior to their first appointment. The
extra time will also allow your practitioner to answer any questions and help you get familiar with the process without reducing your massage time.
