This eight week workshop is especially designed for the chronic dieter.
The Intuitive Eating workshops are based on a revolutionary Intuitive Eating program created by Evelyn Tribole, M.A., R.d., and Elyse Resch, M.A., R.D., F.A.D.A.
Participants will learn how to reject the diet mentality, deal with feelings without using food, honor hunger and feel fullness, normalize the relationship with food and practice the principles of intuitive eating.
