Proper Steps:

Begin lying prone on the floor with your toes tucked under your feet, and you hands on the floor with your thumbs by your arm pits
Generate whole-body tension by bracing your core, and gripping the floor with both hands
Maintaining a straight line from your head to your heels, press your body up into a high plank position
Lower your body, with control, back into the starting position, keeping your elbows tout to the sides of your body
