UREC Facilities Closed at 7pm Friday
The Student Recreation Center, Chinook Student Center, Stephenson Fitness Center, and Valley Road Playfields will close at 7pm today for a Staff Appreciation Event.
Free Fitness Classes on Fridays
There are so many reasons to be thankful it's Friday! The best reason is trying fitness classes with UREC for free. There are two ways to attend a class for free:
1. Attend a free fitness Friyay class (see schedule below).
2. Accompany a friend to any fitness class on Fridays and get the first one free. View the activity finder to see what's available.
